Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
2. Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging
4. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
